Reading your annual post - I'd never thought the impact of all the medication your ability to have children, yet it's blindingly obvious in retrospect.

I can only imagine the heartache.

I know there are those who have no desire for children, but for me, I always knew that I wanted them, and was fortunate enough to have them.
