Book 29 of 2022
May. 31st, 2022 03:12 amAt the weekend I finished my reread of Right Ho, Jeeves by P.G. Wodehouse.
This was just what I needed at the time. A laugh out loud sequence of events in the 1920s/1930s, with Bertie Wooster being as bumbling as usual, albeit well meaning, Jeeves as calmly efficient as usual, and a riot of characters circling around them. I think this is probably my favourite Jeeves & Wooster story. If only for the orange juice section alone! But yes, loved it. The TV series version of it was also good, though it had to cut a lot of details from the full novel.
