Babylon 5 rewatch: All Alone in the Night
Feb. 4th, 2024 06:48 pmResuming our B5 rewatch, after many weeks when I was too ill to manage even one episode on a Sunday night. And this is a biggie. I’m going to put some commentary in a spoiler cut.
There’s so much foreshadowing in this episode. Lennier’s feelings for Delenn. But also the kidnapping of Sheridan and Grey Council treatment of Delenn nods ahead to Comes the Inquisitor.
And I am always a sucker for a prophetic dream. In this case dreamed by Sheridan.
The pacing also feels like a pause before things kick off more. Or as if we’re perched precariously on a precipice. Which is so on point.
