Doctor Who title sequences 1963-2023 video

Our leisurely viewing just now. My favourite Doctor Who title sequence is that of the Seventh Doctor, followed by the Second Doctor, early Tenth Doctor era and the Twelfth Doctor. This is judging primarily on the visuals, though it’s hard not to also be swayed by the music arrangements too!

Nice. As you say, some of the musical arrangements have not held up well, and distract from the visuals. I can't help but like the first Tom Baker ones, since that was my first real Doctor (as I think I've commented before I saw some Pertwee but was only 4 when he regenerated to Tom Baker so Baker was the Doctor from when I was 4 to 11. I also like the Capaldi clock tunnel one, that I read was based on a fan produced one that the production team saw, liked, and invited him to work with them on.

Mid Tom Baker era was my starting point, with the 1978 Key to Time series. So yes, I like his title sequence too for nostalgia reasons.
