When I started watching and then got my first annual I was puzzled who Leela was (annuals being behind what was on screen). So I’m sure I only started watching withThe Ribos Operation. My dad didn’t have a telly for much of the 60s so wouldn’t have seen the very start. As far as I know he only started watching properly in 1978.
