Many thanks! The journalling planners link looks particularly useful for me. I'm luckily finding my current journalling/planning system way more effective than anything else I'd tried. So happy sticking with that. But very interested to see what others are using.
I've avoided doing a full 2024 in review post this year, or stating new year resolutions for 2025. My progressive neurological illness is just too disruptive, and plans and wishes tend to go up in the air! But I will read the links with interest.
