I doubt it. LOTR is way longer than the Hobbit, and the effort required from a translator would be much greater. If they're to be paid for their work there needs to be adequate sales of the books. But these are much more niche than, say, French or German.

I would like to be proved wrong! But I'm just very doubtful from a business perspective.
